How To Personalize Your Order

1. Enter your personalization information exactly as you would like it to appear.

2. Double-check spelling, capitalization, dates, and punctuation before submitting your order.

3. If your product requires a photo upload, please use a clear, high-quality image.

Production Process

• Personalized products are made specifically for you.
• Production begins shortly after your order is placed.
• Please allow additional processing time for customized items.

Changes Or Cancellations

We accept order changes or cancellations within 12 hours of purchase.

After production begins, we may not be able to modify or cancel personalized orders.

Personalization Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring all personalization details are correct at checkout.

House of Cammie is not responsible for errors submitted by customers, including spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, or inaccurate customization information.
